All Quick Missions - Here is a way to play all the quick missions without
actually playing them in a new campaign. First, open up swat.ini (see
figure 1). Then erase the stuff under [Missions Played]. Then where you
erased that stuff, put this:

More Firepower - This isn't really a cheat, but it will help you out a
lot. Here is a way to have everyone in your element to shoot at the same
time. Select your cell by either dragging over them or using F1- F5 keys
and hit "W". Just be sure they are not in close to each other or they
might kill the person in front of them.
View Everyone - If you are playing and a guy is out of your line of sight,
just type in "los", you may have to enter it a couple if times but it will
eventually get them in your line of sight.
More Cash - Here is a way to get up to $60,000! It's pretty simple, but it
will take you a while. All you have to do is sell the handguns of all the
guys you aren't using or don't plan on using.
Hex Cheat - Here comes a hex cheat, so you will need a hex-editor to do
it, like HexWorkshop (www.bpsoft.com) OK, here we go... Hex-Edit your
saved game and go to offset
* B2 and put value 7F FF FF for the SWAT
* C1 and put value 7F FF FF for the Terrorists
This will give you $65,000! You still lose your money but when you need
more just hex-edit again.

Ok, here is a cheat (more like hacking the game) that was figured out.
They figured out how to get your own picture in the game! For this, you
will need a picture of yourself (like the ones you get from school), a
scanner (to scan it), and a program to edit your picture. Here's how to do
it:
Every picture has 4 different sizes, so first of all, you will need to
make your pic 4 different sizes, which are: 100x148
58x85
50x50
34x34
Notice the last two are squares. You will have to cut off part of your
picture for the last two so it doesn't get distorted and make your head
look fat.
Now comes the hard part. You have to find what picture you want to
replace. Do do this, look in go to your Swat2 directory, then go to the
Art directory. The SWAT member's pictures are 09_xxy, xx being a number, y
being a,b,c,or d. The a b c and d are the four different sizes. The same
applies for Terrorist, only their pictures are in 25_xxy.
Now the hard part is finding the right picture to replace. Just keep
searching all the a's until you find the right one. Once you've found the
picture you want to replace, and you have your pictures to the right size,
it's time to replace them. Say you want to replace Gary Whitlock, who is
in 25_82a, 25_82b, 25_82c, and 25_82d. Now, rename YOUR pictures to those
four names, the largest being a, the smallest being d (make sure they are
in BMP format). Then all you do is drag them into Art directory and choose
"yes" when it asks if you want to overwrite it. Then just start up the
game and gary whitlock will be you.
GameHack Cheat - Just get gamehack (go to gamehack.com to download it).
Run Gamehack then start swat 2 switch back togamehack and click on the
gear looking thing then select swat 2 then go back to swat and check the
amount of money you have go back to gamehackand click on the binoculars to
search for an exact amount and put in the amount of money you have. It
should come back with a match just change the value to whatever you want
and then click it to freeze it and you will always have that amount of
money. Sometimes it will change so just do the process again. Changing the
value to high seems to make the game a bit unstable so don't make an
outrageous value. |
