Hold Select when choosing a course in single race or time attack mode.
Unlimited nitro:
Hold Select when choosing "OK" at the car and track confirmation screen
(final screen before the race begins) in single race or time attack
mode.
Bonus car:
Select the Rally-X mini-game at the options menu. After passing 50,000
points in the mini-game and it finishes, the Rally-X car will be
unlocked in world tour mode.

Successfully complete EX Tour 33.

Pac-Man Car - Beat PRO 21 tour to unlock Pac-Man. You race him
to his music. I beat him with the Bosconian EO Type-R. He stays on your
tail with all his nitro so drive skillfully.
Soldat Crinale - Race 4 races against the Crinale in PRO 19
tour to get it. You have to be on your game with the drifting and nitros
to beat him here.
