Wayne Gretzky message:
Create a player and enter Wayne Gretzky as a name. The message "Thanks For
The Memories" will appear over the player picture section.
Ron Hextall pic:
Create a player and enter Ron Hextall as a name to see his picture on the
edit lines screen.
Tony Twist pic:
Create a player and enter Tony Twist as a name to see his picture on the
edit lines screen.
Marty Reasoner pic:
Create a player and enter Marty Reasoner as a name to see his picture on
the edit lines screen.
Dale Hunter pic:
Create a player and enter Dale Hunter as a name to see his picture on the
edit lines screen.
Picture of Peter White:
For hidden picture of Flyers Rookie Peter White create new player w/ name
Peter White and number 15.
Picture of Matt Johnson:
Create a player and name him matt Johnson and you'll get a picture of
him.
Chris Mason Picture:
When creating a goalie, enter the goalie's name to be Chris Mason. The
picture will then appear.
Paul Healey picture:
When creating a player, enter the name a Paul Healey. Then his picture
will appear.
Rory Fitzpatrick picture:
When creating a player, enter the name a Rory Fitzpatrick. Then his
picture will appear.
John Namestnickov picture:
When creating a player, enter the name a John Namestnickov. Then his
picture will appear.
Brent Peterson picture:
When creating a player, enter the name as Brent Peterson. Then his picture
will appear.
Eric Bertrand picture:
When creating a player, enter the name as Eric Bertrand. Then his picture
will appear.
Bobby Hull picture:
Got to create player and make a player named Bobby Hull and when you see
their picture when you score or get an assist you see a picture of the
retired Bobby Hull.
Other players:
Create a player and enter any person that retired during the 1998-1999
season as a name to see his picture on the edit lines screen.
Programmer pictures:
Create a player and enter any of the names from the development team that
are listed in the instruction manual as a name to see his picture on the
edit lines screen.
Big head mode:
Choose the "Codes" selection on the options screen. Enter BABY as a
case-sensitive code.
Empty net:
Pause game play, then scroll down to choose sides. Switch your controller
to the opposing team. Once you have done this, go back to the main pause
menu, and choose to pull the goalie. Then, return back to choose sides and
change back to your original team.
You will now have an empty net to shoot at. If you do score, the goalie
will be repositioned in the net. This trick may be repeated as needed
More easy goals:
To score an easy goal get a 2 on 0. Have one player pass the puck to the
other before your to close to the crease. Do not shoot the puck but hold
it long enough so that the goalie thinks your going to shoot and he
slides on his knees. Once he does this pass the puck to the first player
and shoot high and far post. It takes practice but once you get it down
there's no stopping you.
Win Almost Every Face-Off:
During the faceoff before the ref drops the puck hold A so the
highlight thing under the player goes to the goalie and the computer takes
the faceoff and it wins almost every time.
No Penalty When Fighting:
When the fight starts press A 3 times and the other opponent will get a 2
minute penalty and you won't get anything.
Black Box team:
To get the black box team at the black box title in controller port D
hold down L and R and press B,A,B,Y and get the best team in the game. |
