Alternate Jerseys for the New York Rangers - This only works if the New
York Rangers are the away team. After the controller selection screen
appears, press and hold Square+Right.
Bonus Players - With this trick you can add any of the game's developers
to your team. Since they're programmer's they cheat and have perfect
stats! To recruit these top performers, go to the CREATE PLAYER screen and
enter one of the following names:

Don't change any of the
attributes. After you are done with the name press Triangle. Then go to
sign free agents and your player's overall value will be 99!
Easier Goals - When playing, instead of shooting slapshots all the time,
use a wrist shot once in a while. If you're close to the net, about 75% of
accurate wrist shots will score!
Here's another one from Tyreik:
When you have the puck, go to the right side corner of the ice. Don't go
behind the red line, though. Wait until an opponent comes toward you. As
he does, pass the ball toward the goal. Quickly, hit the shoot button
simultaneously. One of your players should one- time the puck in the goal.
This does not work all the time. About 90% of the time you'll score.
Easy Win - First at the team select screen choose the team with the
better overall number. Then go to options and put the game speed on about
30 and put the rules as you wish but make sure to put the skill on rookie.
Then start the game. And whenever your team gets the puck pass it about
2-4 times but make sure your center touches it last. Then make him skate
straight to the goal and when he is pretty close tap the X button. It
won't always go in but most of the time it will and do that as much as
possible throughout the game. |
