Signature moves:- Press Triangle + Circle to do a
boxer's signature moves. For example, press Triangle +
Circle as TUA and he will do his devastating left hook.
Mike Tyson:- To get mike tyson enter this at the start
screen.tri,cir,sq,sq,up,down,left,left,R1,cir,X,sq.
Then press start and he will appear in the character
select screen for HWT.
Well this isn't really a cheat, but before you see the
two screens as the playstation introduction, click
analog (on your controller). I don't know why it matters
to press that first but it does! I tried getting it to
start, and it says I have no disk in, then I click the
button on my analog controller, then the red light
turned on, on the controller, and it started waaay
faster, try it!
Tips -
Don't stand around waiting to go toe-to-toe with your
opponent. Keep moving and vary your punches.
If you can time it correctly, you can push your opponent
into a corner, then blast him with one of your power
punches before he knows what hit him.
When creating a boxer, go for Power and Speed first,
then work on building up your Stamina. By devastating
your early opponents and dispensing them in quick
fashion, you can gain points later to build up your
other attributes such as Chin and Cut.
If you button-mash against an AI opponent, don't expect
to win. Try to calculate your punches, and really work
on perfecting a few patented combos.
