Hard difficulty: Successfully complete the game
and save when prompted after the credits. A new game can now be
started in hard mode.
Brown Agro: Defeat all sixteen Colossi and unlock all items in
Time Attack mode under the normal difficulty setting. Then, hold
Square at the title screen.
Ico Symbol - If you use a memory card with an Ico
save-game on it, your horse Aggro will have the Ico "I" logo on its
forehead as opposed to the usual mark.
17th Colossus - To unlock the 17th colossus, beat all 4
modes. Then, climb the outside of the temple to the secret garden.
The 17th colossus will appear in a short cutscene like the other
colossi, smashing the rear wall. After you fight him, the path to
the very top of the temple will be opened, leading to a very
"special" surprise.White Agro: Defeat
all sixteen Colossi and unlock all items in Time Attack mode under
the hard difficulty setting. Then, hold Circle at the title screen.
Reminisce mode: Go to the corpse of the Colossi and press
Circle to pray. The graphics will change to a old film appearance.
Quickly press Left Analog-stick Down + X, Left Analog-stick
Down + X.
Alternate ending sequence - Eat fruit from the Secret Garden to reduce
your HP as much as possible. Dormin will now be killed when shot by the
crossbow, and will alter the following sequences.
Bird Grabber - Wander can grab onto the various flying fauna in the
world. Simply follow one on the horse and when the bird flies low, press
JUMP to vault off the horse and hold GRAB. If your aim is true, Wander
hangs onto the bird for as long as your grip meter holds out.

Control intermission sequences - During all intermission
sequences, the view can be moved and zoomed in. You can also allow the
game to idle during the introduction sequence to see Agro exploring the
world without Wander. This sequence can also be controlled.
Play as Dormin - Defeal all sixteen Colossi to unlock Dormin, the demon
Colossus.
Quick gallop stop - Press Left Analog-stick Down + X.
Ride a hawk, bird, lizard, or eel - Sneak up behind them and press R1.
Secret garden - Successfully complete the game four times and get a
large amount of stamina. Then, travel to the ends of the world and
locate the patch of ivy on the northeast side of the shrine. Climb up
the ivy and follow trail all the way up and around the ledge to the
right. Jump across at the other end of the ledge to reach the next set
of ivy. Continue on until you get to another ledge above that you must
climb around. Once at the other side of this ledge, climb to the right
then shimmy across another ledge that leads behind a column. Jump to the
ivy-covered column, then continue climbing. The ivy will lead to a
walkway. Climb the stairs and walkway to the left of the garden. Note:
Eating fruit from the trees causes damage.
Standing gallop - Press R1 + X.
The Food Of The Dead - Each time you beat a Colossus, your strength
meter will increase. If you make it large enough, you'll be able to
climb up the back of the temple you first start in. Up top, you'll find
the courtyard from the end of the game and the bridge that you entered
on. There isn't much to do here, but you will find some fruit in the
trees. Shoot it down and eat it and you'll decrease your health and
strength meters. The only reason you might want to do this is if your
strength meter is getting so big it is taking up too much of your field
of view.
To get there, run around behind your starting shrine. There is a patch
of ivy that you can climb up. When you're climbing, jumping in a
diagonal or sideways direction causes your strength meter to decrease
less than a straight climb or jump. Make your way up and then around the
scaffolding up to the top.
Time Attack mode - Successfully complete the game to unlock Time Attack
mode.
Time Attack mode bonuses - You will be give a bonus item for every two
Colossi defeated in Time Attack mode. On the Normal difficulty setting,
the following bonus items will be unlocked, in order:
Whistling Arrow: Distracts a Colossus
Cloak of Force: Sword damages a Colossus more
Mask of Strength: Inflict greater wounds to a Colossus
Lizard Detection Stone: Detects white tailed lizards
Fruit Tree Map: Reveals the Fruit Trees on map
Mask of Power: Inflict greater wounds to a Colossus
Cloak of Deception: Invisible to a Colossus
Flash Arrow: Explodes when hits Colossus
Brown Horse: Hold Square to start game at the main menu to get a brown
horse
While playing Time Attack mode on the Hard difficulty setting, the
following bonus items will be unlocked, in order:

Fruit Tree Map: Reveals the Fruit Trees on map
Shaman's Cloak
Lizard Detection Stone: Detects white tailed lizards
