Note:- This game is
also known as - Burnout 3: Takedown
Boost Start - At the very start of the race, keep
the accelerator held down. Tap the brake button and
your tyres should begin to smoke. Keep the accelerator
pressed and release it right before "GO". A "Boost
Start" message will appear and you'll start the race
with a slightly filled Burnout Meter.
All The Special Series races in single race mode:
Go to the main menu and input the following code R2,
R3, R3, R3, L2, Circle, R2, L1
Allow a Pass - If you are low on boost and a rival is right
behind you, slow down until he passes you. Then, get a takedown by
making them crash. This gives you a lot of boost and guarantees they
won’t come back on you at the end.
Need For Speed Underground Cars - Complete all Crash Mode
levels with a 'Gold' rank. Then, hold White + Black while choosing a car
at the vehicle selection screen.
Unlocking cars - Choose your favorite track in world tour
mode and race it repeatedly (do not retry). Continue, then repeat.
Assassin Compact Car - Get 15 Takedowns to unlock the

Easy takedown - As soon as any race begins,
immediately get behind the nearest opponent and hold "Boost". You will
start getting "Tailgating" points and will receive a short boost. Use
this boost to quickly slam your opponent. This will result in a takedown
about 90% of the time and will immediately fill your entire boost bar.
