Play as Misery - Successfully complete Story mode with Saki to unlock Misery.

Play as Reiko - Successfully complete Story mode with Aya to unlock Reiko.

Rampage Ring - Successfully complete all Survival mode quests to unlock the Rampage Ring.

Double Rampage Ring 2 - Successfully complete 160 Story mode quests to unlock Double Rampage Ring 2.

Alternate costumes - Successfully complete the indicated task to unlock the corresponding costume:

Aya: One of four new costumes is unlocked after getting 10 quests, getting 20 quests, getting 30 quests, and completing Story mode on all difficulties. A fifth costume is accessed by pressing Z when choosing Aya at the character selection screen.

Misery: One of three new costumes is unlocked after getting 10 quests, getting 20 quests, and getting 30 quests.

Reiko: One of three new costumes is unlocked after getting 10 quests, getting 20 quests, and getting 30 quests.

Saki: One of four new costumes is unlocked after getting 10 quests, getting 20 quests, getting 30 quests, and completing Story mode on all difficulties. A fifth costume is accessed by pressing Z when choosing Saki at the character selection screen.

Wallpaper - Successfully complete 40 quests to unlock wallpaper.

Hard mode - Successfully complete the game on the Normal difficulty to unlock the Hard difficulty.

Violent mode - Successfully complete the game on the Hard difficulty to unlock the Violent difficulty.

Berserk mode - Successfully complete the game on the Violent difficulty to unlock the Berserk difficulty.
