Enable all technologies and get $500,000
(cheat for 1.0)
1 type "PORN TIPS GUZZ ARDO" (without spaces)
2 Typing "ARDO" again gives you another $500k
3 This cheat disables the military base at 60000 inhabitants.
(Cheat for 1.1 and 1.2)
1 Click in the 'Maps' window (Window menu, map item).
2 Type "PIRN"
3 Click once on the status bar (the small horizontal bar that shows the
current weather).
4 Type "TOPS GUZZ ARDO" (without spaces)
5Typing "ARDO" again gives you another $500k
6 This cheat disables the military base at 60000 inhabitants.
Get about $1.5 million each year
1 Works only with a new city
2 Type "FUND" after the game started
3 Take the 25% bond which is offered
4 Type "FUND" again
5 Take the 25% bond
6 Go to the budget window and take out a loan bond the normal way.
7 If everything went fine, the interest should indicate .%. Take the bond.
8 Go back to the budget window and payoff the two 25% bond's. Do not take
off the last bond.
9 Your budget will now show a bond giving you about a million each year.
It will increase every year.
Get $250
(cheat for 1.0 and 1.1) type "CASS"
The money will show up as soon as you build or bulldoze something. Be
careful though, because if you type it too much, there is a small chance
you'll receive a fire storm.
Kill Helicopters - Position the centering tool on the helicopter and
click. The helicopter will be shot out of the sky. If you have disasters
turned off, a fire starts upon crashing.
Infinite water - First clear a space 3 by 3 squares. Next place one water
pump in the centre. After that run power lines to the pump. Don't build
anything in these nine squares (also no pipes!) After a little while you
get enough water your city needs.
Remove wires - [This appears to be a bug in SimCity 2000 1.1. However, I'm
still not sure when it occurs and when not. Note however that once
triggered, I couldn't get the power of these tiles.]
1 All you have to do is give the wires power
2 Raise them to where you want them and connect them to whatever
3 Now, blow the raised wires up and whatever will still have power!
