Tweak RoboSport to work in 256 colours (patch for 1.0 and 1.11)

4 change the 'clut' resource as follows:- using an ASCII representation,
the original clut colours are:
1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 a b c d e f, (this goes from 0=white to f=black) alter
the 'clut' to look like: 0 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 a b c d e.
5 rebuilt the 'pltt' resource to look like:

6 Save your work. ResEdit will complain that the first two colours aren't
white & black, but don't bother about that. Note: this isn't perfect -
purple robots become transparent - but the changed clut and pltt can be
pasted into the Robosport movie player.
The password dialog will never show up
