Easy Money  -  This trick should work after the Chucklehut Brothers teach Mario and Luigi their hammer techniques. Have Luigi use his hammer to shrink Mario.. Then, perform their "high jump technique", but have mini Mario jump at Luigi before Luigi can land on Mario. You will gain one coin. Repeat this to get as many coins as desired. Note: This was done after getting to the university section of the game. Note: Hitting Luigi for one coin will lower Luigi's HP by one point. He will only "yelp" when his HP reaches 1. However, you can still spend some of the bonus stats that you get at level up on the "Stach" stat (which discounts the items in the shops) and buy mushrooms at the castle town and recycle (i.e. use the "Easy money" trick then buy mushrooms to heal him and gradually generate money).

Whoohoo Hooniversity: Statue Puzzle  -  There is a room with a group of statues with either blue or red balls in the center. You have to hit the statues in the following order. Note: B indicates a blue statue and R indicates a red statue. B R B R R R R B B R B R And then a second time: R R B B R B R R R B R R.

Easy Woo Beans  -  You can get Woo Beans by defeating enemies west of Beanbean Castle.

Easy Hee Beans  -  Hee Beans are easy to get when you know where to find them. You can get them in the following places. Note: These mini-games only work after the first time you play them.

Stadust Fields: The Border Guard game
HooHoo Mountain: The Minecart game
Little Fungitown: The two games in the GameArcade.

Note: You will not get poisoned again.

Stats  -  The following list describes each stat:

HP: Your health
BP: Bros. points for special moves
POW: How much damage you can inflict
DEF: How much damage you can sustain
SPEED: How early you can attack in a battle
STACHE: Increases the odds of a Lucky Strike and you get a better deal at shops.

Easy Dodge  -  Sometimes it is hard to dodge a monster's attack because you pressed the wrong button. If this keeps happening, try pressing A + B.

Defeating Queen Bean  -  When the fight begins, start by making Mario jump on her right arm. Her arms are her weak spot. Meanwhile, have Luigi pulverize her with his hammer so that she gets knocked back. Do not let her get too close. After your turn is over, Queen Bean will start sending shockwaves your way. Dodge them and repeat. After her right arm shrinks (usually requires six hits), go for the left arm. Her shockwaves will be weaker, but faster. After her left arm is toasted, her crown will fall off. At this point, she will start shooting lima beans at you. Barrage her with jump attacks, and when her arms get their strength back and her crown is back on her head, repeat the process to defeat her.

Super Mario RPG: Legend Of The Seven Stars Reference  -  Go to the arcade in Little FungiTown and play the mini-game there. Geno can be seen in the corner.

Legend Of Zelda Reference  -  One of the items that Professor E. Gadd gives you is an item called "Great Force", which actually looks like a Triforce piece.

Donkey Kong Reference  -  At the skeleton ship, when you play the barrel mini-game, the skeleton is actually in a form of Donkey Kong.

Wario Appearance  -  At the Yoshi theater, a Wario poster can be seen hanging on the wall.

In-game reset  -  Press A +B + Select + Start during game play to restart.

Easy dodge  -  Sometimes it is hard to dodge a monster's attack because you pressed the wrong button. If this keeps happening, try pressing A + B.

Unmovable Mario  -  Turn Luigi into a surfboard and surf to the coast on the east side of Beanbean Castle Town. Surf in and land on the shore. While Mario is dismounting the surfboard, hit a Bob-omb to start a battle. When the battle is over, Mario will be frozen in the air, but the pause screen will still be accessible.

Infinite Coins  -  First hit Mario with the hammer to make him Mini Mario.  Change Luigi's command to High Jump.
When Luigi is in the air, make Mario jump. Jump repeatedly to keep Luigi in the air. Every time Luigi is hit you gain 1 coin, but Luigi loses 1 health. Luigi's health cannot go below 1.

Music from one place to another  -  Before entering a pipe, enter it with Mini-Mario. During the Pipe-Selection Screen, the music in the previous area you were just in will stay the same. When you warp to your destination, the music in the pipe will now be the BGM until you leave the area/go into pipe while not Mini-Mario, etc.

Permanent Red Pepper Effect!  -  Red Peppers increase your power for a few turns. During the effect, let the effected brother get knocked out. Then, use a 1-UP Mushroom to revive them. The effect will continue for the whole battle and not wear off! This is especially useful against hard bosses.

Easy stats  -  In beanbean castle town go to the place where you make juice out of beans and make anything then the professor will come out and give you a reward then make the same juice again and press select then you will see the juice were the items are. use it then it will increase a stat ( note- you can do this multiple times)

Game references in the Yoshi theater
In the lobby of the Yoshi theater, there are four posters on the wall referring to Nintendo video games:
1. Kirby Story--referring to the Kirby series
2. Wario poster--referring to the Japanese box art design for "WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Microgames"
3. M&L--referring, of course, to this game (more specifically to the game's originally intended title, "Mario & Luigi")
4. Legend of Stafy--referring to a Japan-only game series of the same name

See Princess Peach's Castle  -  Go to the summet on HooHoo Mountain, walk to the top right of the summet until you get to the edge. There should be a slant in the summet shape (like an octogon) and two stone sharp-like rocks, walk up to the top one and look underneath the B button icon, you should see Princess Peach's Castle from Super Mario 64.

Secrets  -  Discount on Taking Pictures!  -  In the Beanbean Castle area, there is a photographer that will take pictures for your passports for 100 coins. He will ask you to pay 100 coins. Say "No", and he will offer to take them for 50 coins.

Infinite Hoo, Woo, and Chuckle beans and status  -  There is an Island Surfing game somewhere near Oho Oasis. After getting 1st prize (Casual Coral), you can fufil the same criteria and get 2 Hoo, Woo, and Chuckle beans each time! By doing this, you can gain infinite beans and, possibly, infinite stats (Besides 'Stache) from blending these infinite beans.

Unlimited Experience and Coins  -  Go east of Beanbean Castle Town, where the Lakitu is dropping Sharpeas. Every time he drops one, start a battle. Each time you win, you should get 8 Exp. and 4 coins. As long as you don't battle the Lakitu, you should have unlimited Experience and coins.
