To get no enemies in Vigilante 8, first
pick a mode where it says "Lives-1, Random etc.". Then before starting
go up to the first one in the "Lives-1-Random,etc." and press "A." You
will then go over to the next column. Finally, go over until it says
"None." You will then have no enemies in that level.
