Cracking Lara's bones:- Press A(2), B, A(4) at the title
screen.
200 bullets:- When you find rapid or heavy bullets, have
them selected. Kill yourself with your guns drawn and
start a new game
to have 200 extra bullets (displayed as 00). If you
collect any more bullets, the counter will return to 99.
