Hidden Characters - On the select character screen at the start of the
game, change the name of "Kelly" to "Sumner". All the hidden characters
will now be available.
Float above city:- In Vice City on Northeast Banana Grove there is a
hospital with a small flight of stairs go up them and u can now go any
where you want it is good to do this when there a cops chasing you to get
down all you have to do is go down the stairs at the hospital or any other
stairway in the city. |
